Jacob Poe is the owner and head general contractor at Rodi Custom Homes. As a second generation general contractor I take pride in providing a professional and innovative approach to every remodel, addition, or new construction. The key to success is great communication and a clear vision Listening to clients plays an equally important role. My Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Connecticut is in constant use in helping give the client the best experience each and every time.

Our clients! Getting to know more about them and what they're drawn to is what inspires us to make a house a home.
02. WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT WORKING TOGETHER?
The fact that we're constantly bouncing ideas off of each other. We feel that we do some of our best works on projects that we have together. When you're doing what you love with the person that you love, it doesn't feel so much like work. We don't work all projects together, though. Jacob does the construction/building and I do the interior designing. You can hire just one of us or both of us!
03. WHAT GOT YOU INTO INTERIOR DESIGN?
It's always been a part of my life. Growing up, I always loved doing things around the house with my Mom. I was always the "go to" person when my friends wanted help designing their homes. I've been designing professionally for the past 5 years.
04. WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE ASPECT OF DESIGN?
Exceeding expectations while building personal relationships with clients is equally rewarding!
